ETL APN Settings for 3G & 4G Internet

What is an APN?

A mobile device initiating a data connection must be configured with an APN or Access Point Name to present to the mobile operator. The carrier will then review this APN identifier to decide what type of network connection should be created, for example: which IP addresses should be assigned to the customer device, which security methods should be used, and how or if, it should be connected to some private or public network.

ETL Internet Setting for Android:

Smartphones with Android v 5.0 or earlier:

APN settings can be set in your Apps under:

1. Settings  
2. More Networks (or Cellular Networks)
3. Mobile Networks (or Wireless and Networks)
4. Access Point Names
5. Add New APN

Name:  ETL
APN: etlnet
*Leave all other fields empty including the Username and Password as these are not required.

Smartphones with Android v 6.0 or above:

1. From the home screen, tap the Menu button.
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Mobile networks
4. Tap Access Point Names
5. Tap the Menu button
6. Tap New APN
7. Tap the Name field
8. Enter ETL, then tap OK
9. Tap the APN field
10. Enter etlnet, then tap OK
11. Tap the Menu icon
12. Tap Save

ETL Internet Setting for Xiaomi MIUI: 

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap SIM cards & mobile networks
3. Tap ETL
4. Tap Access Point Names
5. Tap New APN
6. Tap the Name field
7. Enter ETL, then tap OK
8. Tap the APN field
9. Enter etlnet, then tap OK
10. Type More
11. Type Save

ETL Internet Setting for iOS (iPhone & iPad):

1. Select Settings
2. Select Mobile Data
3. Select Mobile Data Options
4. Select Mobile Data Network
5. Scroll to and select Reset Settings
6. Under the Mobile / Cellular Data section change the APN to the word etlnet (leaving Username and Password blank)
7. Your iPhone is now easy to use ETL 4G
